Create professional email signatures in seconds
1. Click the gear icon → See all settings
2. Scroll down to "Signature" section
3. Click "Create new" signature
4. Paste the copied HTML (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V)
5. Click "Save Changes"
1. File → Options → Mail
2. Click "Signatures..." button
3. Click "New" to create a signature
4. Paste the copied HTML
5. Click "OK"
1. Click Settings (gear) → View all Outlook settings
2. Go to Mail → Compose and reply
3. Under "Email signature", paste your HTML
4. Click "Save"
1. Mail → Preferences → Signatures
2. Click "+" to add a new signature
3. Paste the copied HTML
4. Close preferences (auto-saves)
